The TVA is busy ignoring to the voices of environmental activists and other concerned citizens in the wake of the Kingston coal ash spill. Or perhaps "ignoring" is too passive a word: the agency has disabled its email account in order to stop NRDC members from petitioning for medical funds for toxic testing of the victims of the spill.
